A fascination with architecture and the preservation of its historic value was the inspiration for Matt Espeut's real estate career. Interested in understanding building from the "ground up", he engaged in restoration and remodeling projects  in the eatly 1990's, working with Glenn Parker of Parker Thompson builders.

Matt gained a wealth of experience with Parker Thompson and later ventured into the world of real estate on his own, complementing his skills in building and renovating with the art of buying and selling. After many successful ventures, he joined the Mansions & Manors team, where he makes his experience, dedication and knowledge available to clients to help them find just the right property.
